We are glad to announce that starting from 04.05.2010 the limit of connection and disconnection thresholds for roaming service had been decreased!
Campaign terms and conditions:
- This Campaign is valid for all Kcell and Vegaline subscribers
- For the connection of roaming service subscriber should have more than 4 000 tenge at the balance
- If the balance is less than 4 000 tenge the roaming service will be disconnected automatically
- The period of campaign – from 04th May, 2010 till the end of 2010
- Subscription to roaming service is based on standard connection procedure
How to switch to Roaming service?
1. To switch to Roaming service for the first time you need to apply to subscription department
of the company or Kcell Express office and fill in application of the established form.
Individuals shall have ID card and TIN
Legal entities shall provide a letter prepared on the letterhead of the company
with stamp and signature of the authorized person
Advance payment shall constitute more than 4000 KZT*.
For the following switching to the service it is enough to have 4000 KZT on the balance
Service disconnection threshold is less than 4000 KZT
2. Find out from Kcell operator whether there is a roaming agreement between Kcell company and cellular
communications operators of the country where you are leaving for
3. Specify roaming tariffs of the cellular communications operators where you are leaving for **
4. Specify which communications standard is supported by the operator chosen by you (GSM 900/1800, CDMA)
and whether your handset model support this standard
5. After arrival to other country sitch on your telephone and it will tacitly chose the available network. Also
you may chose or change the cellular communications operator manually through function "Networks"
in the menu of your handset
* It is recommended to have enough reserve of funds on the balance since at the balance less than 4000 KZT
this service will be switched of tacitly
** all incoming calls are subject to payment
