Campaign period of Extra Balance service is prolonged

Campaign period of Extra Balance service is prolonged till December 31st, 2010.

Thank you for being with us. We appreciate your devotion (loyalty) to Kcell mobile communication.

“Extra balance” service is developed especially for you to help you at emergency minute, when you need to call urgently but you cannot as your balance is too low.

Now you can firstly talk and then pay for your conversation by requesting «extra balance» from Kcell.

You can use the service “extra balance” if:

1. You are Kcell subscriber for no less than 1 year.
2. Currently you are on tariff plan: Standart, Business, Classic, All included, Super United.
3. Your mobile expenses for the previous month from “extra balance” request were not less than 1000 TG.
4. Your min balance at the moment of “extra balance” request is -100 TG.
5. Your max balance at the moment of “extra balance” request: + 500 TG

How to get «extra balance»:

Just dial *911# from mobile for free.
Received “extra balance” amount can be used to all directions (except roaming).

How much “extra balance” you can receive:

For each of you “extra balance” amount will be unique dependent on your mobile spending for the last 6 months.
Minimum “extra balance” amount to be given is 200 TG and maximum - is 5000 TG.

Validity period of received “extra balance”:

Validity period of received “extra balance” is 3 (three) calendar days. During 3 (three) calendar days since “extra balance” is uploaded you need to top up your balance with equal or bigger amount of received “extra balance”. After 3 (three) calendar days, spent amount of given “extra balance” will be deducted from your balance; unspent amount will expire.

Your Balance at the moment of “extra balance” request0 KZT
Received “extra balance” amount500 KZT
Spent “extra balance” amount within 3 days300 KZT
Your Balance if you upload 500 TG (amount equals to received “extra balance”) within 3 days 200 KZT
Your Balance after 3 days if there is no upload: -300 KZT


How many times “extra balance” can be received:

There is no limitation in number of “extra balance” to be received. Only rule is previously received “extra balance” amount must be repaid.

Campaign period:

Campaign is in effect from March 1, 2010 till December 31st, 2010.

GSM Kazakhstan reserves the right to cancel or change the conditions of the campaign.
