GSM Kazakhstan/Kcell with Activ trade mark launched tariff plan “Special”. Tariff is aimed to subscribers with limited hearing capabilities.

Mr. Veysel Aral, Chief Executive Officer of “GSM Kazakhstan/Kсell” Company said: “People with limited hearing capabilities are part of our society and we, as social awareness company, try to make their life easier by provision of extra communication opportunities”.

Tariff plan “Special” offers special reduced tariffs for non-voice services – SMS, MMS, WAP and GPRS. For example, cost of SMS sending to all operators in Kazakhstan shall be 2 tenge, MMS - 6 tenge, Mobile Internet access - 12 tenge per 1 Mb in night time (from 20:00 till 08:00) and 20 tenge from 08:00 till 20:00, 100 Kb of WAP traffic - 6 tenge only.

Tariff plan “Special” is provided for Activ subscribers free of charge upon submission of either document confirming the hearing disability: certificate of medical and social expertise, hearing disability pension certificate.

Subscription to new tariff can be done in Customer service departments of GSM Kazakhstan in the following cities: Almaty, Astana, Aktobe, Atyrau, Karaganda, Kokshetau, Kyzylorda, Pavlodar, Petropavlovsk, Semey, Taraz, Ust-Kamenogorsk and Shymkent.
