GSM Kazakhstan/Kcell carrier has opened a new center servicing subscribers on the right bank of Astana City. This service center along with 2 other ones located on the left bank part of the city and 12 "Kcell Express" centers represent a complex of servicing aimed to provision of high-quality services to subscribers of the company.

Corporate Communications Department Director of GSM Kazakhstan / Kcell Ms. Aida Dosayeva stated: "Up to the present time both of our service centers were located on the left bank. The new office in business district of the capital can service up to 400 subscribers per day and will allow us to solve a number of problems associated with improvement of clients servicing quality by our company".

Opening of new office located at: 8 Republic Ave. will take place in the framework of client-centered strategy realization directed to provision of services to our clients at the level of world quality standards.

At the present time over 700 thousand people are subscribers of GSM Kazakhstan / Kcell Company in Akmola District and 500 thousand among them are the citizens of the capital. Opening of additional service center will provide 10 additional working places for Astana citizens.
