How to become the Kcell subscriber
This can be done in any customer service departments, dealer offices, or Kcell Express offices.
Execution of Agreement for the Kcell Cellular Communication Services with individuals
In order to be subscribed to services of cellular communication under the Kcell trademark you need to enter into the agreement by signing the registration form, by doing so you accede to the terms and conditions of the Cellular Communication Services Public Agreement (hereinafter – the Agreement), as well as to purchase a Start Package with the assigned for this purpose subscriber number.
To enter into the Agreement make sure to bring:
- ID (the original of ID or passport);
- TRN Certificate (a copy of the document, or specify your TRN number);
- INN / BIN (if available).
In accordance with the Rules of Cellular Communication Services Provision, the following details must specified in the Agreement:
- home address;
- mailing address (if different from the previous one);
- e-mail.
If a RK citizen of minority age (aged between 14 and 18 years) is a party to the agreement, the following must be ensured:
- Presence and written consent of his/her parent, adopter or trustee to such number re-registration;
- Birth certificate and/or court decision on adoption (if no adopter details are contained in the child's birth certificate), or court decision on guardianship (trusteeship) for the young minor;
- Copy of the Identification Document of a parent, adopter or trustee giving his/her consent to such number re-registration;
- Minor's TRN Certificate, or, in the absence thereof, TRN Certificate of a parent, adopter or trustee.
Note:
Execution of the Agreement with an individual under 14 years of age may be carried out on his/her behalf by the latter's parent, adopter or trustee (guardian).
Where a non-resident of RK is party to the Agreement, he/she must provide the passport of a foreign citizen / foreigner's residence permit in the Republic of Kazakhstan / certificate of a stateless person / diplomatic card.
First time subscription is 1500 tenge, out of which 1300 tenge remain on the balance of phone number.
Execution of the Agreement for the Kcell Cellular Communication Services with legal entities
To subscribe to the cellular communication services under the Kcell trademark, you need to enter into a cellular communication services agreement (the Agreement) and purchase a Startup Pack with pre-allocated subscriber number.
To enter into the Agreement the following documents are required:
- Certificate of State Registration;
- Company's TRN/BIN Certificate (if available);
- Statistical Card of the legal entity;
- Certificate of VAT Registration, if the legal entity is a VAT payer;
- Filled-in registration form bearing the company stamp and signature of the person authorized.
The cellular communication services are provided to the Subscriber in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Cellular Communication Services Agreement.
* Note:
Initially, cellular communication services are provided on a prepaid basis.
First time subscription is 1500 tenge, out of which 1300 tenge remain on the balance of phone number.
In case of wire transfer the payment slip is required.
