1. Cash payment
Cash payments may be made in K’cell service departments or authorized dealers’
pay desks. Please add a reference to contacts Service Departments List or indicate the addresses of service departments, and dealers’ ISP.
2. Bank transfer payment
You may transfer any amount to any of K’cell settlement accounts. Please see K’cell Bank Details.
For the purpose of efficient entrance of your payments, we kindly ask you to indicate the following information in the payment draft:
payment destination – mobile communication services, and MSISSDN number (number of the GSM mobile phone) or the contract number (indicated in your invoice).

In case you wish to transfer the amount, which should be distributed to balances of several telephones, please send a completed payment register by e-mail or by fax.
3. Instant payment cards
Instant payment cards replenish the balance less than in two minutes.
K’CELL INSTANT PAYMENT CARDS ARE ISSUED WITH THE NOMINAL OF 1000, 2000, AND 5000 TENGES.
Guidelines of using the card:
- Scratch off the protective layer, to see a 13-symbol card code.
- To replenish the balance, send an SMS-message with the card code to number 9393.
- Or dial number 9393 with your mobile phone and after the response, insert the card code and then, a symbol *.
- After insertion of the card code the nominal amount of the purchased card will be entered to your account.
- If you have any difficulties, you may load up the card by calling to the K’cell service department at (727) 258-83-00 from a city phone. The operator will help you to activate the 13-symbol loading number free of charge.
- For this purpose you should merely tell the operator the name of the registered owner of the phone, and the 13-symbol loading number.
- If the code is correct, the operator will inform you on successful entering of the payment.
4. GSM banking 7000
This is an automated payment-information service of Kazkommertsbank, which allows to pay for K`cell services anytime during the day by dialing 7000 from a mobile phone.
What is needed to use this service?
- Availability of a Kazkommertsbank’s card
- A call to Kazkommertsbank`s Call Center at 258-53-34 and receipt of special identifier, password (the initial password for everyone is 1234567, it is better to change it at once) and the card`s code
- A call at 7000 (or at Almaty PSTN number 258-53-33). Insert identifier and press #, insert your password and press #, then follow voice instructions. The amount less than 100 tenge is not transferred.
* Call at number 7000 is free of charge.
5. ATMs
K’cell services may be paid through ATMs of Kazkommertsbank and Narodnyi Bank.
Payment procedure is as follows:
1. Please insert the card into the ATM
2. Select a language
3. Insert PIN-code
4. Select “payments” in the menu of operations
5. Press the key corresponding to “K`cell” item in the payment selection menu
6. Insert the phone number in the telephone number entrance menu
7. Insert the payment amount in the payment amount entrance menu
8. Take a receipt with payment confirmation with the date, time of payment, number of the telephone and the authorization code.
6. BTA Bank
Payment of Kcell service is possible to make in any BTA Bank Unit on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Unit Network accounts for about 280. Payment is made On-line. It is available to make payments for twenty four hours through BTA Bank Internet-Banking, Cash&Pay payment terminals allow, as well as SMS-Banking service.
