Kcell Navigator
Kcell Navigator is a voice Menu which you can use to listen to the information on tariff plans and promotions, check your account balance and have it recharged, activate or deactivate services and much more.
How to use Kcell Navigator
Contact Kcell Call Center at 9090 (from mobile phone) or (727)2587021 (from landline) and follow the voice prompts of Kcell Navigator.
Below, please find the Kcell Navigator map for you to easily navigate and find what you are looking for by selecting the appropriate menu item. At the top right corner you will find a brief description of each menu item as well as a speed dialing combination.
If you, for instance, want to find out your balance or what tariff you are on, you need to dial this combination from your mobile phone:

Access to and use of the Kcell Navigator service is free of charge until you are put through to an operator. No additional settings need to be done on your mobile phone to use this service.
Important! If you are calling from a landline, please enter your mobile phone number* starting with 701,702 or 775 code. In order to activate/deactivate some of our services, you will also be asked to enter your PIN1 or PIN2 code for security reasons (you can find it on your starter pack).
* If you are not one of our clients, you will not have to enter your mobile phone number. Please, hold the line for a few minutes to get your call redirected to Main Menu.
