Period of promotion: until 24.03.2014

Terms of subscription: 

1. A subscriber of Kcell – an individual, RK citizen, aged between 21 and 65 years of old, possessing a number registered in his/her name, may take part in the action.

2. To conclude an agreement, you are required to visit one of the below listed PoS in your city.

3. You should have the following documents about:

• ID card / Passport, including IIN,
• Address register statement (confirmation of registration at a particular address),
• Card of JSC Kazkommertsbank if you wish to connect based on scoring of JSC Kazkommertsbank,
• Extract for the Pension Fund and invoice of another cellular communication operator of Kazakhstan – at the additional request of the representative/employee of Kcell Center or Kcell Express.

4. After effecting prepayment for the phone (if required) and primary advance payment, a subscriber activates an additional promo service "Contract phone" (hereinafter – the Service) according to one of 5 promotional packs at the option of a subscriber, and a subscriber gets to the ownership a phone at own choice out of those being available under the Promo Campaign.

5. The amount of the primary advance payment depends on the category of reliability of a subscriber based on the scoring results and the selected by a subscriber promo pack of services.

6. If you have no credit card of JSC Kazkommertsbank, the company, according to your desire, will offer you on its own a pack of services, depending on the duration of use of the numbers and the amount of monthly consumed by you cellular services.

7. Warranty maintenance of phones is made by an authorized service centers under the warranty commitments of phone manufacturers.

8. A separate contract is concluded for every mobile phone number. No more than 2 contracts can be signed with one subscriber.

Terms of payment and the procedure for obtaining and using the promotional pack of services:

1. Monthly promotional pack of services - Bonus minutes, SMS and\or Internet traffic, given every 30 days from the date of activation, if monthly payment is effected timely.

2. Monthly payments are effected every 30 days, by adding the required amount to the personal account of own phone at a time and in a manner as specified in the Agreement on the participation in the Promotion.

3. Contract period – 12 or 24 months.

4. Validity of the promo pack of services - 30 days. After the exhaustion of the promo pack, billing of services is based on the current tariff plan of a subscriber. 

5. Promo pack of services is valid only within the Kcell coverage area with any positive balance in the subscriber’s mobile account subject to timely payment of monthly fee. Voice and SMS-traffics are intended for use in all areas of Kazakhstan. Internet traffic is not available for wap.

6. The promo pack does not operate in roaming as well as at the time of making of calls and sms sending to 3-, 4- and 5-digit short numbers.

7. In case of partial or complete failure to effect monthly payments in due time, a promo pack of Services will not be available, a subscriber will be liable under the terms of the Agreement. Disputes shall be resolved under the Cellular Communication Services Agreement, executed Agreement on the participation in the Promotion and legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

8. In the event of cancellation by a subscriber of the Cellular Communication Services Agreement, and / or Agreement on the participation in the Promotion or early waiver of use of the Service, a subscriber must pay the residual value of the phone under the terms of the above specified Agreement.

A phone intends only for use of cellular communication services of Operator Kcell JSC, and in case of use of SIM-cards of other operators, no receipt and transmission of calls and information will take place.
