| Error 633. Modem or other connecting device is already in use or is not configured properly | Means that modem is being used by another program or modem drivers were not installed properly. Solutions: - Restart your PC; - Insert your modem into another USB-port |
| Error 638. Request timed out | Reinstall Kcell Connect program |
| Error 678. Theremote computer did not respond | Check modem program settings. In the top right menu of Kcell Kupon program select Tools – Options – Network. Select WCDMA Priority option, then click Apply and ОК. You may experience temporary problems using GPRS. Insert your SIM in your phone and try accessing the Internet |
| Error 756. This connection is already being dialed | Means that connection has already been established and you are trying to connect again. Please, restart you PC |
| Cannot connect, port is closed | Reinstall Kсеll Connect driver |
| Internet connection established, but drops out after a few minutes. Z, X - Connect detected | Antivirus software need to be updated |
