Talking SMS

To send an audio message it is necessary to: 

- dial "*" and number of the recipient in the following format: *87XХХХХХХХХ or *77XХХХХХХХХ and follow the voice instruction provided. 
- Maximal length of the audio message is 30 seconds; 
A recipient will be notified on receipt of an audio message via SMS 
To listen to the message a recipient is to dial "*0*". 
Service is also available through talkingsms.kcell.kz where you can replay, download or delete your Talking SMS.
Cost

- Tariff for one outgoing SMS is 15 Tenge, VAT inclusive - The listening of "audio SMS" is free of charge. 
- Reply to talking SMS costs 15 KZT with VAT 

 

Talking SMS Packages

Talking SMS Packages allows you to send original Talking SMS on beneficial terms.

How to subscribe

 - To subscribe to "15 Talking SMS" Package text 15 to 3050; 
 - To subscribe to “25 Talking SMS"" Package text 25 to 3050; 

Upon successful subscription you will receive a reply SMS to notify you accordingly. 
Maximum duration – 30 seconds each Talking SMS

Cost

The service has two (2) options: 
- "15 Talking SMS" Package - 100 KZT VAT inclusive
- "25 Talking SMS" Package - 150 KZT VAT inclusive

How it works

dial *00* and enter the recipients phone number using either of the two dialing patterns – *00*87XХХХХХХХХ or*00*77XХХХХХХХХ – and follow the voice instruction. 

Service terms

1. Validity of purchased-but-unused package – unlimited. 
2. Subscribers account will be debited with the package price upon service activation. 
3. The service is not available in roaming.
