• 50 tenge fee (VAT included) is withdrawn from subscriber’s account upon Service activation. Service can be activated if subscriber has sufficient balance to cover the fee.
• 20 tenge (incl. VAT) Service fee is withdrawn from subscriber’s account daily from 00:00 to 02:00.
• Browsing websites, checking emails, attending forums and viewing up to 15MB files (Internet surfing) - 0 tenge.
• Internet access through different web-browsers and applications, viewing and downloading multimedia files (video, audio, etc.) and jar and jad extension files, data transfer – at standard tariff plan rates.
• Initiating Internet sessions via Opera mini is covered by daily fee and subscribers will not be charged additional fees.

To use Unlimited Browsing with Opera Mini you will need to:
1) Download the Opera Mini mobile browser from http://m.opera.com onto your mobile phone.
2) Activate the service using any of the below methods:

• The Service is provided on the RK territory and is not available in roaming.
• "Unlimited Browsing with Opera Mini" service will be suspended, if subscription fee has not been written off due to insufficient funds on the account. Due to the cancellation of the subscription fee, all traffic will be charged. The subscription fee is deducted daily from 00:00 until 02:00, after charging daily fee, service will be available automatically.
• Unlimited browsing with Opera Mini service is terminated after 30 unsuccessful attempts to withdraw the service fee.
• The Service is intended for mobile web browsing with Opera Mini only. When the user browses the web from a PC or a mobile phone using different Internet browsers and applications, viewing and downloading multimedia files (video, audio , etc.) and sending files and data is not covered by the service fee and you will be charge at standard rates for his/her price plan.
• The Service is available only with APN set to internet.
• If subscriber has simultaneously activated Internet Package, Mobile Internet Plus and Unlimited Browsing with Opera Mini on his/her phone, the Unlimited Browsing with Opera Mini service will be given priority, i.e. if one is accessing the Internet via Opera Mini browser, the balance of Internet Package and Mobile Internet Plus will not be used.
