Subsequent writing-off of a subscriber fee is effected on each 1st day of the month following the month of activation. Regular monthly fee writing-off is effected from 00:00 till 05:00 (as in case of sufficient and insufficient balance), here with all service conditions are available at 00:00. If you go into a negative balance, you will be able to use your Unlimited Internet data allowance only after you recharge your account.

The initial fee is charged upon service activation. Subsequent fees are charged every 30 days (at the same time). If you have insufficient funds in your account, we will attempt to deduct the fee during 3 (three) consecutive days. Failing which, the service will be stopped and you will be charged standard data rate for your tariff plan to continue using the Internet. Your data allowance (max speed) will be renewed after payment has been successfully deducted for the next 30-day term. If you go into a negative balance, you will be able to use your Unlimited Internet data allowance only after you recharge your account.

Attention! It is not recommended to use the service “Unlimited Internet”" with other promotional services on the use of the Mobile Internet.

Simultaneous activation of “Unlimited Internet” and other services for the use of Mobile Internet affects the charging and speed of the traffic:
• “Unlimited Internet” and “Mobile Internet Plus”: all the traffic is spent under the service “Unlimited Internet”. A subscriber fee for the “Mobile Internet Plus” is withdrawn based on standard conditions; the traffic is available but is not consumed and is accumulated until the service “Unlimited Internet” is deactivated. If the service “Unlimited Internet” is not deactivated, the all accumulated on “Mobile Internet Plus” traffic will be canceled after the expiration of this service (31.01.2014)
• “Unlimited Internet” and “Internet Pack”: all the traffic is consumed on the service "Unlimited Internet". The traffic on the service "Internet Packs" is consumed only after deactivation of “Unlimited Internet” or is canceled after the expiration of the Pack.
• “Unlimited Internet” and the included traffic under the promotion “New phone from Kcell”: all he traffic is consumed on the service “Unlimited Internet”. The traffic under the promotion “New phone from Kcell” is not subject to accumulation, the traffic is consumed only in case of deactivation of “Unlimited Internet”.
• “Unlimited Internet” and “Unlimited Browsing with Nokia” and “Unlimited Browsing with Opera-mini”: all the traffic, including the traffic, used through browsers Nokia and Opera-mini, is consumed on the service “Unlimited Internet”. A subscriber fee for the services “Unlimited Browsing with Nokia” and “Unlimited Browsing Opera-mini” is withdrawn in full. At the same time in excess of the amount of the included traffic at the maximum speed, the limited speed of access (32 kbit / sec) applies to the traffic that is used through the browsers Nokia and Opera-mini.
• “Unlimited Internet” and traffic under the promotion “Keys to the Internet”: all the traffic is consumed on the service “Unlimited Internet”. The traffic under the promotion “Keys to the Interne” is consumed only after deactivation of “Unlimited Internet” or is canceled after the expiration of the Pack.
• “Unlimited Internet” and “Free access to social networks Vkontakte and Facebook”: all the traffic, including the traffic on the service “Free access to social networks Vkontakte and Facebook”, is consumed on the service “Unlimited Internet”. At the same time, in excess of the amount of the included traffic at the maximum speed under the Service, the limited speed of access (32 kbit / sec) applies also to the traffic on the service “Free access to social networks Vkontakte and Facebook”.
•“Unlimited Internet” and «KcellTube» entertainment video-portal: the whole traffic is spent upon the service Unlimited Internet.
