If you lost your SIM-card while traveling abroad, do not worry! Leave it to us! You can apply to the following carriers for a replacement SIM. New SIM-will be connected to your existing number:

Megacom, Kyrgyzstan:

Geocell, Georgia:

  • In Tbilisi - 34 Chavchavadze, open Mon-Sat: 10:00- 22:00 Sun: 10:00 - 20:00.
  • In Batumi - Z. Gorgiladze 54/62, open Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00, Sat, Sun 10:00-17:00.

Tcell, Tajikistan:

  • In Dushanbe - Tcell Plaza, Rudaki Street 34, hours on duty: Mon-Thu - 08:00 - 22:00; Fri - 08.00-20.00; Sat, Sun - 08:00-22:00.

SIM-Replacement includes:

  • Replacement of SIM-card with another type of SIM-card (micro, nano) with the same mobile number.
  • Replacement of lost/blocked SIM-card.
  • SIM-card replacement fee for standard SIM-cards - 200 tenge.
  • The SIM-Change service is available on old terms free of charge: You can get a replacement SIM-free of charge if your card is defective.
  • If the number is registered to you, just make sure to bring your passport.
  • If the number is registered to your company, you will be asked to provide your company contact phone number. We will contact your company to inform on the matter and ask to send us a SIM-replacement request.
