You can also request a temporary password to access your My Kcell account by dialing *245# and pressing the Call button. Wait for the SMS reply containing your temporary password.
If your device does not support SMS (tablet, modem, router), try using your SIM in another device that support SMS and call *245#, or contact us at 3030.
Please, be informed that itemized bills are only available to the registered owners of mobile numbers.

to other persons, you should change it immediately.
