Ксеll Centers are transferring to a seven-day schedule of customer service
Now the company’s service centers throughout Kazakhstan will work on Sundays for the convenience of Kcell customers.
20 Kcell Centers throughout Kazakhstan are transferring to a new work schedule from the 1st of May of this year. Now subscribers of Kcell and Activ will be able to receive all necessary services on Sunday as well. The working hours of customer service centers on Sundays are the same as on Saturday: from 9.00 to 18.00.
«A high level of service support for our subscribers has always been and remains a key priority for Kcell. Each year, customer support centers serve more than 1.5 million people — it is about 5000 customers per day. We carefully analyze the wishes of all our subscribers to improve the work of our service points. And today we are pleased to announce another important step to increase the level of customer satisfaction of the company. Following the Kcell Store stores, уe have transferred all our Kcell Centers from a six-day to a seven-day work schedule. This initiative will allow us to provide services in the most convenient mode for the daily lives of our subscribers,» noted Kazbek Shaimov, Director of the Sales and Service Department of the Kcell JSC.
Kcell and Activ subscribers can receive services for replacing a SIM card, registration and re-registration of a number, changing a tariff plan, concerning the issues related to activation or de-activation of services, blocking and unblocking a number in the Kcell centers. Qualified personnel can help with the transfer of a subscriber’s number between Kcell and Activ or from other operators, will provide a detailed account, make settings for Internet services and applications, as well as connecting or disconnecting of credit limit and provide consultation upon termination of the Contract.
Since 2014, subscribers can purchase contract telephones in Kcell Centers under profitable conditions by installments and with the included package of services. The list of addresses of all Kcell Centers in Kazakhstan can be found on www.kcell.kz and www.activ.kz.
The company is also actively developing remote service channels through the mobile applications such as MyKcell and MyActiv, via chat bots on the websites kcell.kz and activ.kz, in Telegram and WatsApp. Last year, the Kcell won the Crystal Headset for the best customer self-service practices in the prestigious contact-center nomination program. In 2016, the company received the Crystal Headset for better customer service in social networks.
