During emergency period Kcell customers will undergo a simplified procedure when switching from prepaid to postpaid
Starting 30.03.2020, prepaid customer will be able to undergo a simplified procedure when switching from prepaid to postpaid.
- Contact Kcell/activ office (except for Almaty and Nur-Sultan due to quarantine) or Сall Center (9090) where your request will be accepted after your personal data have been verified;
- Request will be considered within one business days.
To apply for a simplified procedure, customer must:
- be a legal owner of the mobile number
- have a positive account balance
The customer’s monthly credit limit will be based on his average mobile expenses over the past 6 months.
For customers on PAYG plans, credit limit will be 2000 tenge. For customers on plans with a regular fee, credit limit will be 1.2* of the fee.
Starting 30.03.2020, during the emergency period postpaid customers (individuals) will be able to continue using our services while having outstanding bills for the current billing period (except for roaming services) and to pay for the services after the emergency period in Kazakhstan comes to an end.
