Attention! Starting 01.03.18, the terms and conditions of the Prestige tariffs changed as follows.

  1. The Prestige tariff is renamed to Prestige+. The data allowance usage terms also changed: once data allowance has been depleted, data speed will be reduced to 64 kbps until the 1st of the next month.
  2. Starting 01.03.2018, One Year of Internet, Half Year of Internet, Quarterly Internet, Mobile Internet+ services no longer available to customers on these tariffs. If any of these services is currently active on your account, it will be disconnected on 01.03 and you will be refunded for any unused data allowance within 3 days after disconnection.
  3. Starting 01.03.18, Unlimited Internet and Internet 5, 10, 20, 30, 40 is no longer be available to customers on these tariffs and will be disconnected.
  4. The compatibility conditions for these tariffs and One Year of Internet+ service will change as follows:
    • If tariff fee is paid. Once data allowance from both the tariff and the service has been depleted, data speed will be reduced to 64 kbps;
    • If tariff fee is not paid. Once data allowance from both the tariff and the service has been depleted, overage data rates as per your tariff will apply.

Long calls

Dear customer! The ‘Long Calls’ tariff is terminated, starting 1 March 2017. You can switch to any other tariff of your choice now or will be moved to ‘Basic+’ tariff any time during 1-12 March.

The tariff plan operates till 28.02.2017; upon expiration of the Tariff plan the services will be provided based on the tariff plan Basic+.

The MMS Portal service is available to customers on this tariff, subject to activation of the MMS service: sending ММS to other KZ networks – 15 tenge per message; sending ММS internationally – 30 tenge per message.

Billing increment – 1 sec.

Rounding of internet traffic - 1 KB.

The cost of services is valid on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the coverage area of the Operator, VAT inclusive.

Connection duration – up to 30 minutes.

Simple

Dear customer! The ‘Simple’ tariff is terminated, starting 1 March 2017. You can switch to any other tariff of your choice now or will be moved to ‘Basic+’ tariff any time during 1-12 March.

Alga

Changes in the terms, effective 01.06.18

From 1 June 2018, the per MB rate applied when «Alga» tariff fee is not paid will be reduced to 14 tenge. All other terms will remain unchanged.

Changes in the terms of ALGA tariffs, effective 01.03.18

Please, be informed that, starting 01.03.18, the terms and conditions of the ALGA tariffs changed as follows.

  1. Inclusive data allowance available anytime during the day (no daytime only and night only data):

Dear customer!

From 01.06.17, any net minutes allowance on Alga tariffs is valid for making national mobile calls ONLY. Calls to KZ landlines will be charged based on 20 tg/min rate.

From 01.06.2017, data allowance on Alga-1 tariff will be increased to 22GB (11GB day and 11GB night), monthly fee - to 2290 tg. Info http://kcell.co/rualga 
From August 31, 2016 the subscription to “Alga” tariffs will be closed. Those subscribers who already activated “Alga” will continue using the tariffs until activation of other tariff or annulment of tariffs.

Terms

Tariff is available to retail customers (individuals) only.

Services that are not listed in the Table above are billed at standard rates applicable on the date of use. Billing increment for: voice calls – 1 second, for data – 1 MB. Rates are shown in tenge inclusive of VAT and valid across Kazakhstan (within network coverage area). Maximum call duration - 30 minutes.

* When Alga tariff was activated any time after the 1st of the month, monthly fee was prorated by the number of days remaining till the end of that month (subject to sufficient account balance) and then the full amount of monthly fee was charged on the 1st of each month after 00:00-05:00 Astana time (subject to sufficient account balance or credit limit). If the fee could not be collected on the 1st of the month due to insufficient account balance or credit limit, standard mobile service rates will apply. Once the account is topped up and balance is now sufficient to cover the days remaining till the end of that month, the respective amount of inclusive allowance will become available and valid till the end of that month (including top-up date).

Note! When you top up your account to pay your monthly fee, wait for SMS confirming that your monthly fee has been collected and inclusive allowance is available for use (it make take up to 5 minutes to collect the fee).

** Bonus minutes for international calls are not available while roaming overseas, as well as for calls to satellite and premium destinations. If Alga tariff is activated any time after the 1st of the month, the respective amount of inclusive allowance will be provided and valid till the end of that month (including tariff activation date). The full amount of inclusive allowance will be provided on the 1st of the next month, subject sufficient balance (prepaid customers) or credit limit (postpaid customers), except for Internet traffic and except for the data allowance, which is available irrespective of the account balance or credit limit, is available regardless of the status of balance or credit limit Inclusive allowance is not available while roaming (except for receiving calls while roaming in countries listed above), and is lost when subscribers switch tariffs. To check balance, subscribers should dial *100#OK. Subscribers are responsible to monitor their data usage and allowance renewal. The Company will not compensate customers for data charges incurred in excess of their inclusive allowance, unless it fails to timely notify customers when their allowance is depleted.

Internet traffic under the Tariff accrued during an active Internet session will not be valid. Data allowance renewed while customers are engaged in an active data session will not be available for use until they close all their active sessions.

In order to enjoy your day and night data allowances during respective hours, make sure you close all data sessions that are active at 01:00 and 08:00 (Astana time). Failing which, you will be spending your ‘day’ allowance during night hours or vice versa.

Inclusive allowance is available for use as long as customers stay within their credit limit (postpaid billing) or have a positive account balance (prepaid billing), except for the onnet minutes allowance, which is available even is customers reach «zero» balance or hit their credit limit.

Data allowance is available with APN set to internet or WAP. When less than 4 MB of data allowance is left, it will be reserved for subscriber’s current session and any further sessions will be charged based on the Tariff rates.

Switching Tariffs is available in accordance with the terms of new tariff. In this case, the monthly fee for the current tariff will not be refunded and reimaging allowance will be lost.

The MMS Portal service is available to customers on this tariff, subject to activation of the MMS service: sending ММS to other KZ networks – 15 tenge per message; sending ММS internationally – 30 tenge per message.

To check data balance, subscribers should dial *100#OK. Subscribers are responsible to monitor their data usage and allowance renewal. The Company will not compensate customers for data charges incurred in excess of their inclusive allowance, unless it fails to timely notify customers when their allowance is depleted.

Compatibility

Starting 01.03.18, the compatibility conditions for Alga tariffs and One Year of Internet+ service changed as follows: If tariff fee is paid. Once data allowance from both Alga and the service has been depleted, data speed will be reduced to 64 kbps; If tariff fee is not paid. Once data allowance from both Alga and the service has been depleted, overage data rates as per your tariff will apply.

Tariff cannot be activated is subscribers are using Unlimited Internet service.

Starting 01.03.18, you not able to use Mobile Internet+ service on these tariffs. If the service is currently active on your account, it will be disconnected on 01.03 and you was refunded for any unused Mobile Internet+ data allowance within 3 days after disconnection.

The Tariff IS NOT available for activation to subscribers who have an ongoing ‘contract phone’ contracts, including but not limited to ‘Contract Phone’ promotional offer. The Tariff IS ALSO NOT available for activation to subscribers whose numbers are linked to a shred account.

Where the Tariff is activated along with other add-on services that come with inclusive on-net, off-net national and international calls/SMS as well as calls from KZ while roaming, allowance provided under the Tariff will take priority, when used up – allowance provided under the respective service.

These rules may be reviewed or amended by Company.


Tariff was available for activation to both postpaid and prepaid Kcell customers (not corporate clients) as well as prepaid customers (individuals) whose numbers were included in the corporate client’s corporate group.

Services under the Tariff become available for use upon receipt of the SMS confirming Tariff activation.

Tariff was available for activation to prepaid customers, subject to sufficient account balance to cover the Tariff fee.

Tariff was available for activation to postpaid customers provided their credit limit is equal to or greater than twice the amount of Tariff monthly fee (minimum credit limit) or it is not exceeded after collection the fee.

If a postpaid subscriber has a credit limit that is less than the Minimum credit limit, he/she may apply to Kcell Center for increase of credit limit, subject to the Company’s policies and procedures.

If a postpaid subscriber has a credit limit that is less than the Tariff monthly fee, he/she must top up his/her account with respective amount.

The tariff plan operates till 30.11.2018.

If a prepaid customer switches tariffs, the Tariff fee will not be refunded and any remaining inclusive allowance will be lost. If a postpaid customer switches tariffs, the Tariff fee charged at the beginning of month will be prorated by the number of days he/she stayed on the Tariff and any remaining inclusive allowance will be lost. If customer goes over their inclusive allowance, usage will be charged based on the respective overage rates.

The add-on allowance takes priority over the allowance from your tariff, i.e. it will always be used first .

If you have not paid the tariff fee and have an add-on active on your account, your add-on allowance will last until its 30-day period has expired. Any unused allowance will be lost after this date.

You can buy several add-ons at a time, in which case the allowance soonest to expire will be used first.

Premium

You are responsible to monitor your data usage and allowance renewal. We do not compensate customers for any data charges incurred in excess of their inclusive allowance or before it is renewed, except when we fail to timely notify customers that their inclusive allowance is used up.

To check remaining allowance, dial *100# or *111*3#.


Compatibility conditions

Starting 01.04.2018, the following compatibility conditions will apply «Internet 5», «Internet 10», «Internet 20», «Internet 30», «Internet 40», «One Year of Internet», «Half Year of Internet», «Quarterly Internet», «Unlimited Internet» and «Mobile Internet Plus» are not available for activation on these Tariffs.

If you have «One Year of Internet», «Half Year of Internet», «Quarterly Internet», «Unlimited Internet» or «Mobile Internet Plus» active on your account, it will be cancelled starting 1.04.2018 and you will get refund for any unused data.

If you have «Unlimited Internet», «Internet 5», «Internet 10», «Internet 20», «Internet 30» or «Internet 40» active on your account, it will be cancelled starting 1.04.2018.

If you are on any of these Tariffs and activate the «One Year of Internet+» (OYI+) service, the OYI+ allowance will take priority over the data allowance from the Tariff. When both data allowances are used up, your data speed will be reduced to 64 kbps.

If the Tariff fee is not paid when due and you have your OYI+ allowance, then once it is used up you will be charged the rates applied «when Tariff fee is not paid».

If the Tariff is activated along with any other service that comes with similar incisive allowance5, allowance provided under that service will take priority over the allowance included in your Tariff.

What happens if you change tariff

If you are a prepaid customer, you will not be refunded that month’s Tariff fee and any unused allowance will be lost.

If you are a postpaid customer, the Tariff fee will be prorated by the number of days you have stayed on it in that bill cycle and any unused allowance will be lost.

If you go over your monthly allowance, you will be charged respective overage rates.

If you have «One Year of Internet», «Half Year of Internet», «Quarterly Internet», «Unlimited Internet» or «Mobile Internet Plus» active on your account, it will be cancelled starting 1.04.2018 and you will get refund for any unused data.

If you have «Unlimited Internet», «Internet 5», «Internet 10», «Internet 20», «Internet 30» or «Internet 40» active on your account, it will be cancelled starting 1.04.2018.

If you are on any of these Tariffs and activate the «One Year of Internet+» (OYI+) service, the OYI+ allowance will take priority over the data allowance from the Tariff. When both data allowances are used up, your data speed will be reduced to 64 kbps.

If the Tariff fee is not paid when due and you have your OYI+ allowance, then once it is used up you will be charged the rates applied «when Tariff fee is not paid».

If the Tariff is activated along with any other service that comes with similar incisive allowance4, allowance provided under that service will take priority over the allowance included in your Tariff.

What happens if you change tariff

If you are a prepaid customer, you will not be refunded that month’s Tariff fee and any unused allowance will be lost.

If you are a postpaid customer, the Tariff fee will be prorated by the number of days you have stayed on it in that bill cycle and any unused allowance will be lost.

If you go over your monthly allowance, you will be charged respective overage rates.

On 01.02.2017 subscription to tariff is closed. Those who subscribed to this tariff before 01.02.2017 will continue using it until they switch to another tariff or tariff is terminated by provider.

The 200 tenge daily fee is charged on a straight-line basis over the day starting from tariff plan activation. Timely payment of the subscription fee is prerequisite for Tariff plan activation. Services under this plan will be available provided the subscriber has sufficient funds in his/her account to cover the fee (for prepaid subscribers) or his/her credit limit is not exceeded (postpaid subscribers).

Tariff fee and rates applied when Tariff fee is not paid/monthly allowance is depleted

Tariff fee is due on the 1st of month and collected between 00:00 and 00:05, Astana time. If your account balance is too low to cover the fee and you top up any time after that4, the Tariff fee and inclusive allowance will be prorated by the number of days remaining in that bill cycle (month), except for the data allowance which is always provided in full.

If the Tariff fee is not paid, the following rates will apply through the end of that bill cycle or until the fee has been collected:

  • Data – 14 tenge/MB
  • Onnet calls – 11 tenge/minute
  • Calls to other KZ mobiles – 11 tenge/minute

Should you run out of your monthly allowance, the following rates will apply through the end of that bill cycle:

What you need to know

Tariff is available to retail customers (individuals) only.

Inclusive allowance expires on the last days of month and is renewed after payment of the next regular Tariff fee. Inclusive allowance is available for use, provided you have a positive account balance or credit limit, except for onnet calls and data allowances.

To use your data allowance, make sure to set your phone’s Access Point Name to internet. Data allowance renewed while you are engaged in an active data session is not available for use until you terminate the session. In this case, close an active session (turn off Mobile Data and then turn it on again).
