Services that are not listed in the Table above are billed at standard rates applicable on the date of use. Billing increment for: voice calls – 1 second, for data – 1 MB. Rates are shown in tenge inclusive of VAT and valid across Kazakhstan (within network coverage area). Maximum call duration - 30 minutes.
* When Alga tariff was activated any time after the 1st of the month, monthly fee was prorated by the number of days remaining till the end of that month (subject to sufficient account balance) and then the full amount of monthly fee was charged on the 1st of each month after 00:00-05:00 Astana time (subject to sufficient account balance or credit limit). If the fee could not be collected on the 1st of the month due to insufficient account balance or credit limit, standard mobile service rates will apply. Once the account is topped up and balance is now sufficient to cover the days remaining till the end of that month, the respective amount of inclusive allowance will become available and valid till the end of that month (including top-up date).
Note! When you top up your account to pay your monthly fee, wait for SMS confirming that your monthly fee has been collected and inclusive allowance is available for use (it make take up to 5 minutes to collect the fee).
** Bonus minutes for international calls are not available while roaming overseas, as well as for calls to satellite and premium destinations. If Alga tariff is activated any time after the 1st of the month, the respective amount of inclusive allowance will be provided and valid till the end of that month (including tariff activation date). The full amount of inclusive allowance will be provided on the 1st of the next month, subject sufficient balance (prepaid customers) or credit limit (postpaid customers), except for Internet traffic and except for the data allowance, which is available irrespective of the account balance or credit limit, is available regardless of the status of balance or credit limit Inclusive allowance is not available while roaming (except for receiving calls while roaming in countries listed above), and is lost when subscribers switch tariffs. To check balance, subscribers should dial *100#OK. Subscribers are responsible to monitor their data usage and allowance renewal. The Company will not compensate customers for data charges incurred in excess of their inclusive allowance, unless it fails to timely notify customers when their allowance is depleted.
Internet traffic under the Tariff accrued during an active Internet session will not be valid. Data allowance renewed while customers are engaged in an active data session will not be available for use until they close all their active sessions.
In order to enjoy your day and night data allowances during respective hours, make sure you close all data sessions that are active at 01:00 and 08:00 (Astana time). Failing which, you will be spending your ‘day’ allowance during night hours or vice versa.
Inclusive allowance is available for use as long as customers stay within their credit limit (postpaid billing) or have a positive account balance (prepaid billing), except for the onnet minutes allowance, which is available even is customers reach «zero» balance or hit their credit limit.
Data allowance is available with APN set to internet or WAP. When less than 4 MB of data allowance is left, it will be reserved for subscriber’s current session and any further sessions will be charged based on the Tariff rates.
Switching Tariffs is available in accordance with the terms of new tariff. In this case, the monthly fee for the current tariff will not be refunded and reimaging allowance will be lost.
The MMS Portal service is available to customers on this tariff, subject to activation of the MMS service: sending ММS to other KZ networks – 15 tenge per message; sending ММS internationally – 30 tenge per message.
To check data balance, subscribers should dial *100#OK. Subscribers are responsible to monitor their data usage and allowance renewal. The Company will not compensate customers for data charges incurred in excess of their inclusive allowance, unless it fails to timely notify customers when their allowance is depleted.
The Tariff cannot be activated along with One Year Internet, Half Year Internet, and Quarterly Internet services.
Tariff cannot be activated is subscribers are using Unlimited Internet service.
The Tariff can be activated along with Mobile Internet Plus service. The traffic under “Mobile Internet +” service is used first. When the traffic of the Tariff and of the Service is used up, Mobile Internet will be charged according to the rates established by Mobile Internet + service till the next subscription fee collection under the Tariff.
The Tariff IS NOT available for activation to subscribers who have an ongoing ‘contract phone’ contracts, including but not limited to ‘Contract Phone’ promotional offer. The Tariff IS ALSO NOT available for activation to subscribers whose numbers are linked to a shred account.
Where the Tariff is activated along with other add-on services that come with inclusive on-net, off-net national and international calls/SMS as well as calls from KZ while roaming, allowance provided under the Tariff will take priority, when used up – allowance provided under the respective service.
These rules may be reviewed or amended by Company.
Tariff was available for activation to both postpaid and prepaid Kcell customers (not corporate clients) as well as prepaid customers (individuals) whose numbers were included in the corporate client’s corporate group.
Services under the Tariff become available for use upon receipt of the SMS confirming Tariff activation.
Tariff was available for activation to prepaid customers, subject to sufficient account balance to cover the Tariff fee.
Tariff was available for activation to postpaid customers provided their credit limit is equal to or greater than twice the amount of Tariff monthly fee (minimum credit limit) or it is not exceeded after collection the fee.
If a postpaid subscriber has a credit limit that is less than the Minimum credit limit, he/she may apply to Kcell Center for increase of credit limit, subject to the Company’s policies and procedures.
If a postpaid subscriber has a credit limit that is less than the Tariff monthly fee, he/she must top up his/her account with respective amount.
Tariff is available for activation to subscribers whose numbers are included in the corporate client’s corporate group. In this case, the subscriber will not be removed from such corporate group when he/she switches tariffs; however, calls between corporate group members and such subscribers will be charged as per their respective tariffs.
The tariff plan operates till 31.03.2018.
If a prepaid customer switches tariffs, the Tariff fee will not be refunded and any remaining inclusive allowance will be lost. If a postpaid customer switches tariffs, the Tariff fee charged at the beginning of month will be prorated by the number of days he/she stayed on the Tariff and any remaining inclusive allowance will be lost. If customer goes over their inclusive allowance, usage will be charged based on the respective overage rates.
