To activate an extra pack:

Extra Pack takes priority over the allowance provided under the Tariff.

If PRESTIGE tariff fee is not paid, data from an active Extra Data Pack will be available through the end of its validity period.

Extra Pack is valid for 30 days from purchase. Any unused allowance will be lost upon the expiration of its validity period.

Customer can purchase several Extra Packs at a time, in which case allowance that expires first will be used up first.

Data allowance renewed while the customer is engaged in an active data session will become available for use after the customer terminates the current session.

Access to Starter TV pack without service fee and non-chargeable mobile Internet traffic within the Service up to 5GB/month is provided within the tariffs** subject to successful fee write-off under the tariffs:

  • PRESTIGE 3 till 31.08.2017;
  • PRESTIGE 5 till 31.08.2017.

Access to Optimum TV pack without service fee and non-chargeable mobile Internet traffic within the Service up to 5GB/month is provided within the tariffs*** till 31.08.17 subject to successful fee write-off under the tariffs:

  • PRESTIGE 7
  • PRESTIGE 9

If the Subscriber has subscription to mobi TV service, re-registration is not required. The Subscriber may subscribe to any other mobi TV additional package with daily service fee under such additional TV-package.

If the monthly subscription fee under the tariff PRESTIGE 3, 5, 7, 9 is not collected, the access to subscription to the relevant Starter or Optimum TV pack is suspended until successful collection of the fee under the tariff PRESTIGE 3, 5, 7, 9. The access to subscription to the relevant Starter or Optimum TV pack will be restored after successful fee collection under the tariff PRESTIGE 3, 5, 7, 9.

When the Subscriber changes the tariff PRESTIGE 3, 5 to the tariff PRESTIGE 7, 9, the subscription to Starter TV pack will be automatically deactivated and the subscription to Optimum TV pack will be activated.

When the Subscriber changes the tariff PRESTIGE 7, 9 to the tariff PRESTIGE 3, 5, the subscription to Optimum TV pack will be automatically deactivated and the subscription to Starter TV pack will be activated.

Service will not be available to subscriber with zero balance (for prepaid subscribers) and when the credit limit is run out (for postpaid subscribers) being used for access to Mobile Internet service.

Mobile Internet traffic consumption

During the promotional period, customers who activate mobi TV will not incur data charges when using this Service, except for customers on PRESTIGE (3, 5, 7 and 9) tariffs which offer 5GB of included non-chargeable internet traffic.

When you hit 5GB monthly threshold, further usage will be billed based on overage data rates applied on PRESTIGE 3, PRESTIGE 5, PRESTIGE 7 or PRESTIGE 9 tariff.

If the Service is activated outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, the incoming and outgoing Internet traffic is charged at the standard data roaming rates.

In order to avoid data consumption in excess of 5GB allowance, the Subscriber can stop using the Service or switch to another tariff.

Activation

  1. Activate one of the tariffs PRESTIGE – 3, 5, 7 or 9.
  2. Download mobile mobi TV app for iOS or Android or go to web-portal
  3. Enter your mobile number in the relevant field in mobile app or web-portal and click Login. Your one-time 4-digit password will be sent to you via SMS from 757 short number.
  4. Enter the password in the relevant field in the app or web-portal.

Deactivation

The Subscriber can deactivate the Service at any time.

If the Subscriber deactivates the tariffs PRESTIGE 3, PRESTIGE 5, PRESTIGE 7, PRESTIGE 9, the Starter and Optimum TV packs of mobi TV service will be deactivated respectively. To continue using mobi TV, the Subscriber can activate other TV-packs by dialing USSD-combination *757#ОК, with the mobile app or on mobi TV web-page.

Via SMS-sending free SMS with text Stop, STOP, stop to number 757.


Terms of mobi music when PRESTIGE tariffs activated

Access to mobi music service without service fee is provided within the tariffs** till 31.08.17 subject to successful fee write-off under the tariffs:

  • PRESTIGE 2
  • PRESTIGE 3
  • PRESTIGE 5
  • PRESTIGE 7
  • PRESTIGE 9

If the Subscriber has subscription to mobi music service, re-registration is not required.

If the monthly subscription fee under the tariff PRESTIGE 2, 3, 5, 7, 9 is not collected, the access to mobi music service is suspended until successful collection of the fee under the tariff PRESTIGE 2, 3, 5, 7, 9. The access to mobi music service will be restored after successful fee collection under the tariff PRESTIGE 2, 3, 5, 7, 9.

Service will not be available to subscriber with zero balance (for prepaid subscribers) and when the credit limit is run out (for postpaid subscribers) being used for access to Mobile Internet service.

Mobile Internet traffic consumption

Service is provided in the presence of Internet connection. If there is no access to the Internet, the Subscriber will be able to access the downloaded cashed musical content.

The incoming and outgoing Internet traffic within the Service is not charged if the Service is activated.

If the Service is activated outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, the incoming and outgoing Internet traffic is charged at the standard data roaming rates.

Activation

  1. Activate one of the tariffs PRESTIGE – 3, 5, 7 or 9
  2. Download mobile mobi music app for iOS or Android or go to web-portal.
  3. Enter your mobile number in the relevant field in mobile app or web-portal and click Login. Your one-time 4-digit password will be sent to you via SMS.
  4. Enter the password in the relevant field in the app or web-portal.

Deactivation

The Subscriber can deactivate the Service at any time.

If the Subscriber deactivates the tariffs PRESTIGE 2, PRESTIGE 3, PRESTIGE 5, PRESTIGE 7, PRESTIGE 9, the access to mobi music service will be deactivated respectively. To continue using mobi music, the Subscriber can activate daily subscription to mobi music service by dialing USSD-combination *987#ОК, with the mobile app or on mobi music web-page.

If the regular monthly fee was not collected when due, that is on the 1st of month between 00:00 and 05:00 Astana time, due to insufficient account balance or credit limit, the rates shown above will apply until the fee is paid.

The fee will be collected once the account balance or credit limit is sufficient to cover the fee, in which case the fee and included allowance will be prorated by the number of days remaining in that month (including the fee payment date).

Billing increments: calls — 1 second, data — 1KB.

Maximum call duration is 30 minutes.

Rates are shown in tenge inclusive of VAT and valid across Kazakhstan (within Kcell network coverage area), except while roaming. Services other than those listed in the table above are billed at our standard rates applicable as of the date of use.

Activation

The subscription to tariff plan is closed. Those subscribers who already activated the tariff plan will continue using it until activation of other tariff or annulment of tariffs.

If tariff is activated any time after the 1st of month, the tariff fee and included allowance will be prorated by the number of days remaining in that month (including the date when tariff fee was collected).

Tariff is activated even if balance in the customer’s account is not sufficient to cover the tariff fee. In which case, usage will be billed based on the rates applied «when tariff fee is not paid».

Included allowance is renewed upon collection of the tariff fee, which is due on the 1st of each month between 00:00 and 05:00, Astana time.

When the tariff is activated by a customer who is part to a corporate group (closed user group), he/she will stay in that group but calls to his/her mobile number from other members of that group will be billed based on the on-net call rates for their tariffs. Calls by a customer on a PRESTIGE tariff to other corporate group members will be billed based on the on-net call rate in accordance with the PRESTIGE tariff terms and conditions.

Deactivation

If a prepaid customer switches tariffs, the Tariff fee will not be refunded and any remaining inclusive allowance will be lost.

If a postpaid customer switches tariffs, the Tariff fee collected at the beginning of month will be prorated by the number of days he/she stayed on the Tariff and any remaining prorated allowance will be lost.

If customer goes over their inclusive allowance, usage will be charged based on the respective overage rates

Combinability

When tariff is activate by a customer who has any of the following services active on his/her account:

Unlimited Internet, One Year Internet, Half Year Internet or Quarterly Internet service active on his/her account — data allowance from a PRESTIGE tariff is used up first. When data allowance from both the Tariff and service is used up, data speed is reduced to 64 kbps for the remainder of the month.

Mobile Internet+ — data allowance from MI+ is used up first. When data allowance from both MI+ and Tariff is used up, further usage will be billed based on MI+ rates until the next billing cycle for the PRESTIGE tariff

Data Packs ‘Internet 5’, ‘Internet 10’, ‘Internet 20’, ‘Internet 30’, ‘Internet 40’ — data allowance from PRESTIGE tariff takes priority. When data allowance from both the pack and Tariff is used up, data speed is reduced to 64 kbps for the remainder of the month.

SMS Packs — SMS allowance from the add-on service takes priority and is used up first.

Add-on services that come with included onnet calls and SMS, offnet national calls, international calls and incoming calls while roaming in supported countries, allowance provided under such services takes priority and is used up first.

Tariff is not available to customers who have an ongoing phone contract.

The Company may review or amend these rules.

Long calls

Dear customer! The ‘Long Calls’ tariff is terminated, starting 1 March 2017. You can switch to any other tariff of your choice now or will be moved to ‘Basic+’ tariff any time during 1-12 March.

The MMS Portal service is available to customers on this tariff, subject to activation of the MMS service: sending ММS to other KZ networks – 15 tenge per message; sending ММS internationally – 30 tenge per message.

Billing increment – 1 sec.

Rounding of internet traffic - 1 KB.

The cost of services is valid on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the coverage area of the Operator, VAT inclusive.

Connection duration – up to 30 minutes.

Simple

Terms

Services that are not listed in the Table above are billed at standard rates applicable on the date of use. Billing increment for: voice calls – 1 second, for data – 1 MB. Rates are shown in tenge inclusive of VAT and valid across Kazakhstan (within network coverage area). Maximum call duration - 30 minutes.

* When Alga tariff was activated any time after the 1st of the month, monthly fee was prorated by the number of days remaining till the end of that month (subject to sufficient account balance) and then the full amount of monthly fee was charged on the 1st of each month after 00:00-05:00 Astana time (subject to sufficient account balance or credit limit). If the fee could not be collected on the 1st of the month due to insufficient account balance or credit limit, standard mobile service rates will apply. Once the account is topped up and balance is now sufficient to cover the days remaining till the end of that month, the respective amount of inclusive allowance will become available and valid till the end of that month (including top-up date).

Note! When you top up your account to pay your monthly fee, wait for SMS confirming that your monthly fee has been collected and inclusive allowance is available for use (it make take up to 5 minutes to collect the fee).

** Bonus minutes for international calls are not available while roaming overseas, as well as for calls to satellite and premium destinations. If Alga tariff is activated any time after the 1st of the month, the respective amount of inclusive allowance will be provided and valid till the end of that month (including tariff activation date). The full amount of inclusive allowance will be provided on the 1st of the next month, subject sufficient balance (prepaid customers) or credit limit (postpaid customers), except for Internet traffic, is available regardless of the status of balance or credit limit Inclusive allowance is not available while roaming (except for receiving calls while roaming in countries listed above), and is lost when subscribers switch tariffs. To check balance, subscribers should dial *100#OK. Subscribers are responsible to monitor their data usage and allowance renewal. The Company will not compensate the Subscribers for data charges incurred in excess of inclusive allowance or before it is renewed.

Internet traffic under the Tariff accrued during an active Internet session will not be valid. Data allowance renewed while customers are engaged in an active data session will not be available for use until they close all their active sessions.

In order to enjoy your day and night data allowances during respective hours, make sure you close all data sessions that are active at 01:00 and 08:00 (Astana time). Failing which, you will be spending your ‘day’ allowance during night hours or vice versa.

Allowance included in your tariff is available for use as long as you stay within your credit limit (postpaid billing) or have a positive account balance (prepaid billing), except for data allowance which is available irrespective of your account balance or credit limit.

Data allowance is available with APN set to internet or WAP. When less than 4 MB of data allowance is left, it will be reserved for subscriber’s current session and any further sessions will be charged based on the Tariff rates.

Switching Tariffs is available in accordance with the terms of new tariff. In this case, the monthly fee for the current tariff will not be refunded and reimaging allowance will be lost.

The MMS Portal service is available to customers on this tariff, subject to activation of the MMS service: sending ММS to other KZ networks – 15 tenge per message; sending ММS internationally – 30 tenge per message.

To check data balance, subscribers should dial *100#OK. Subscribers are responsible to monitor their data usage and allowance renewal. The Company will not compensate the Subscribers for data charges incurred in excess of inclusive allowance or before it is renewed.

Compatibility

The Tariff cannot be activated along with One Year Internet, Half Year Internet, and Quarterly Internet services.

Tariff cannot be activated is subscribers are using Unlimited Internet service.

The Tariff can be activated along with Mobile Internet Plus service. The traffic under “Mobile Internet +” service is used first. When the traffic of the Tariff and of the Service is used up, Mobile Internet will be charged according to the rates established by Mobile Internet + service till the next subscription fee collection under the Tariff.

The Tariff IS NOT available for activation to subscribers who have an ongoing ‘contract phone’ contracts, including but not limited to ‘Contract Phone’ promotional offer. The Tariff IS ALSO NOT available for activation to subscribers whose numbers are linked to a shred account.

Where the Tariff is activated along with other add-on services that come with inclusive on-net, off-net national and international calls/SMS as well as calls from KZ while roaming, allowance provided under the Tariff will take priority, when used up – allowance provided under the respective service.

These rules may be reviewed or amended by Company.


Tariff was available for activation to both postpaid and prepaid Kcell customers (not corporate clients) as well as prepaid customers (individuals) whose numbers were included in the corporate client’s corporate group.

Services under the Tariff become available for use upon receipt of the SMS confirming Tariff activation.

Tariff was available for activation to prepaid customers, subject to sufficient account balance to cover the Tariff fee.

Tariff was available for activation to postpaid customers provided their credit limit is equal to or greater than twice the amount of Tariff monthly fee (minimum credit limit) or it is not exceeded after collection the fee.

If a postpaid subscriber has a credit limit that is less than the Minimum credit limit, he/she may apply to Kcell Center for increase of credit limit, subject to the Company’s policies and procedures.

If a postpaid subscriber has a credit limit that is less than the Tariff monthly fee, he/she must top up his/her account with respective amount.

Tariff is available for activation to subscribers whose numbers are included in the corporate client’s corporate group. In this case, the subscriber will not be removed from such corporate group when he/she switches tariffs; however, calls between corporate group members and such subscribers will be charged as per their respective tariffs.

The tariff plan operates till 31.08.2017.

If a prepaid customer switches tariffs, the Tariff fee will not be refunded and any remaining inclusive allowance will be lost. If a postpaid customer switches tariffs, the Tariff fee charged at the beginning of month will be prorated by the number of days he/she stayed on the Tariff and any remaining inclusive allowance will be lost. Premium

On 01.02.2016 subscription to tariff will be closed. Those who subscribed to this tariff before 01.02.2016 will continue using it until they switch to another tariff or tariff is terminated by provider.

Bonus amount of services applies up to the end of the current calendar month, regardless of the date of connection of the Tariff plan. Full access to inclusive allowance is only provided upon collection of monthly fee and is available to postpaid customers as long as they stay within their credit limit, except for data allowance which is available irrespective of the credit limit. Services bonus amount balance can be checked by dialing the USSD combination *100#OK. The bonus Internet traffic on the Tariff plan, accrued during the active Internet session, will not operate. It is recommended in such cases to close the current session (by deactivation and reactivation of the function of transmission of mobile data in the device) and restart using the Internet after accrual of the traffic. The minutes may be used for the following international destinations: Russia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Germany, Turkey, Great Britain, China, United Arab Emirates. The minutes do not apply to calls to Premium destinations and satellite destinations.

Subscription fee - 17 990 tenge per month. Tariff was available for activation to postpaid customers only.

Services used by a subscriber but not listed in the table above shall be charged at the tariff rates applied by the company to such services and are in effect at the time of use of such services.

The MMS Portal service is available to customers on this tariff, subject to activation of the MMS service: sending ММS to other KZ networks – 15 tenge per message; sending ММS internationally – 30 tenge per message.

Monthly fee will be collected on the 1st of each month after 00:00-05:00 provided only there is enough balance (prepaid subscribers) or credit limit (postpaid subscribers). Otherwise, the fee will not be collected; once there is enough balance or credit limit to cover the month fee, it will be collected in the amount prorated by the number of days remaining till the end of that month and inclusive allowance will be provided in full.

Internet traffic under the Tariff accrued during an active Internet session will not be valid. Data allowance renewed while customers are engaged in an active data session will not be available for use until they close all their active sessions.

Allowance included in your tariff is available for use as long as you stay within your credit limit (postpaid billing) or have a positive account balance (prepaid billing), except for data allowance which is available irrespective of your account balance or credit limit.

Compatibility terms:

  1. Tariffs can be activated along with One Year Internet, Half Year Internet or Quarterly Internet data services. In this case, the 20 GB data allowance provided under the service will take priority; when 20 GB of data is used up, the speed will be capped to 64 kbps. Data included in the Tariff will become available only when the service if terminated.
  2. The Tariff plans may not be connected along with additional Internet services: Mobile Internet+, Unlim Internet. Also, it will not be possible to connect the Tariff plan, if a Subscriber has the current contract under the action "Contract phone". When trying to connect, a Subscriber will be notified accordingly.
  3. In case of connection of the Tariff plan along with other additional services for the use of voice calls to all networks throughout Kazakhstan, SMS to all cellular operators across Kazakhstan and international destinations, the voice calls to international destinations, the bonus amount of services under the Tariff plan will be consumed primarily and then - the amount under the additional services.
  4. These conditions of compatibility may be amended or supplemented by the Company.

The tariff plan operates till 31.08.2017.

Billing increment when making calls towards all destinations - 1 sec.

Round off interval when using the Internet services - 1 KB.

The MMS Portal service is available to customers on this tariff, subject to activation of the MMS service: sending ММS to other KZ networks – 15 tenge per message; sending ММS internationally – 30 tenge per message.

To check data balance, subscribers should dial *100#OK. Subscribers are responsible to monitor their data usage and allowance renewal. The Company will not compensate the Subscribers for data charges incurred in excess of inclusive allowance or before it is renewed.

Monthly fee will be collected on the 1st of each month after 00:00-05:00 provided only there is enough balance (prepaid subscribers) or credit limit (postpaid subscribers). Otherwise, the fee will not be collected; once there is enough balance or credit limit to cover the month fee, it will be collected in the amount prorated by the number of days remaining till the end of that month and inclusive allowance will be provided in full.

Internet traffic under the Tariff accrued during an active Internet session will not be valid. Data allowance renewed while customers are engaged in an active data session will not be available for use until they close all their active sessions.

Allowance included in your tariff is available for use as long as you stay within your credit limit (postpaid billing) or have a positive account balance (prepaid billing), except for data allowance which is available irrespective of your account balance or credit limit.

Compatibility terms:

  1. Tariffs can be activated along with One Year Internet, Half Year Internet or Quarterly Internet data services. In this case, the 20 GB data allowance provided under the service will take priority; when 20 GB of data is used up, the speed will be capped to 64 kbps. Data included in the Tariff will become available only when the service if terminated.
  2. The Tariff plans may not be connected along with additional Internet services: Mobile Internet+, Unlim Internet. Also, it will not be possible to connect the Tariff plan, if a Subscriber has the current contract under the action "Contract phone". When trying to connect, a Subscriber will be notified accordingly.
  3. In case of connection of the Tariff plan along with other additional services for the use of voice calls to all networks throughout Kazakhstan, SMS to all cellular operators across Kazakhstan and international destinations, the voice calls to international destinations, the bonus amount of services under the Tariff plan will be consumed primarily and then - the amount under the additional services.
  4. These conditions of compatibility may be amended or supplemented by the Company.

The tariff plan operates till 31.08.2017.

If customer goes over their inclusive allowance, usage will be charged based on the respective overage rates.
