The service is available to Kcell consumers only, who use mobile numbers registered to physical persons.
For Kcell subscribers who activated "Annual Internet", "Half-Annual" and "Quarterly Internet" services BEFORE 04.07.2016, these Internet services will function as follows:
- For the subscribers who activated these Internet services before 04.07.2016, 20GB Internet traffic accrued in July 2016 was valid up to 31.07.2016.
- All subsequent packages of Internet traffic will be provided every 1st day of the month and be valid until the end of the month;
- In the last month of the Service the last accrued 20GB Internet traffic will be valid until the date of this service activation and not till the end of the last day of the last month.
- through the USSD menu;
- by written statement in Kcell Сenter;
- by calling to Call Сenter.
If the included amount of the Internet traffic at the top speed is consumed, you can restore data speeds to full through the turbo traffic:
- 1,5GB for 1200 tenge, including VAT: Activation through USSD: *444*3*5*2*1#OK;
- 3GB for 1700 tenge, including VAT: Activation through USSD: *444*3*5*2*2#OK.
The Turbo Traffic option is available to Subscribers, provided they are subscribed to the Service, and is valid for 30 days of activation. If the Subscriber has both inclusive allowance and turbo traffic, the turbo traffic will be used first.
When both full speed inclusive allowance and turbo traffic expire, the data speeds under the Service will get capped to 64 kbps.
Subscribers must dial *100#OK to check balance of full speed inclusive data allowance and Turbo Traffic.
No subscription fee.
The 20GB full speed data allowance is renewed on the 1st of each month.
Data Pack allowance is available for use irrespective of your account balance (prepaid billing) or credit limit (postpaid billing).
Internet traffic under the Tariff accrued during an active Internet session will not be valid. Data allowance renewed while customers are engaged in an active data session will not be available for use until they close all their active sessions.
Any unused full-speed data allowance expires on the date when it is due to renew or when Service is terminated, it does not roll over to the next month and accrue.
When the full speed data allowance is used up, the subsequent Internet traffic will not be charged up to the next accrual; however, data speeds get capped to 64 kbps.

If a subscriber deactivates the service on his/her own, its cost will not be subject to refund, whether in full or in part, and in such a case the unused traffic will be annulled.
Users of One Year of Internet, Half Year of Internet, Quarterly Internet services will be able to use data allowance with 0 balance (prepaid customers) or exceeded credit limit (postpaid customers), subject to payment of service fee.
Full speed depends on technical capabilities of a subscriber terminal (phone, modem, smartphone, etc.), its location within the network coverage area, network signal strength as well as network load.
Service, activated during the current Internet session, will not operate. Such Internet session will be charged as per the standard tariff rate. You are recommended to close in such cases the current session and renew using of the Internet after service activation.
The Service will be provided only in respect of the Mobile Internet, if the internet access point in the subscriber terminal is set up.
Billing increment: 1 KB.
Only one of services may be activated at once.
The Service is not available in roaming.
Service is not available on tariffs with inclusive data allowance or reduced data rates, such as Kurmet.
All prices are shown in tenge inclusive of VAT.
Service is not available to those Subscribers who have Unlimited Internet or similar services with included unlimited data allowance active on their accounts, and if they have ongoing contracts under the Contract Phone, Smart Buy or similar promotional offers with included data allowance.
If the Subscriber has Mobile Internet Plus value added promotional service active on their account, data allowance provided under this Service will be used first. I.e. the Subscribers will be charged the Mobile Internet Plus service fee and receive data allowance, but all data received thereunder will be available only after the Service is terminated.
The Internet Packs service may not be activated if the Subscriber is already using the Service. If at the time of Service activation the Subscriber has data allowance under the Internet Packs service, data allowance received as part of the Service will be used first and data allowance received under the Internet Packs service will be available only after the Service is terminated and valid for the rest of the 30-day validity term.
These terms of service compatibility may be supplemented or amended by the Operator.

Any unused data will roll over and be valid until:
- You unsubscribe from the service;
- Your Mobile Contract is terminated;
- This promotional offer expires.
Initial daily fee is charged upon package activation. Subsequently, your data allowance will be available after you have been charged a daily fee (from 00:00 till 05:00).
Daily fee is collected provided that customers have sufficient balance in their account (prepaid customers) or credit limit (postpaid customers) to cover the fee, otherwise it will not be collected. When a postpaid customer tops up their account with an amount sufficient to cover the daily fee, the fee will be collected between 00.00 and 05.00 (Astana time). When a prepaid customer tops up their account with an amount sufficient to cover the daily fee, the fee will be collected immediately. If the Mobile Internet Plus daily fee could not be collected when due, subscribers will be able to use their rollover data, if any. When rollover data is used up, the overage data rate will apply.
You are allowed to subscribe to only one package at a time. Before you move to another MI+ package you need to unsubscribe from the current one. NOTE! If you unsubscribe from a package, any unused data on your balance will be lost.
All the accumulated traffic is available independently of the state of balance or credit limit.
All sent/received data will be rounded up to the nearest 1 KB once your connection is terminated.
If you go over your package allowance, you will be charged at our standard Mobile Internet (GPRS and WAP) rates. Please, see Table 1 above.
This service is only provided within the scope of the Mobile Internet (GPRS/WAP) service with access point name set to internet/WAP.
This service is not available to roamers.
Using IP-telephony may affect the speed of your Mobile Internet (GPRS) provided within the scope of this promotional offer.
While using "Kcell Tube" entertainment video-portal, traffic upon the service shall not be spent.
"Mobile Internet +" service, activated during the current Internet session, will not operate. Such Internet session will be charged as per the standard tariff rate. You are recommended to close in such cases the current session and renew using of the Internet after service activation.
