Collected in full upon data pack activation.

Additional full-speed data pack expires at 23:59 (Astana time) on the 30th day from activation and any unused allowance is lost. If there is allowance remaining from the Data Pack, allowance from additional full-speed data pack will take priority. When allowance from both packs is used up, data speed will be reduced to 64 kbps for the remainder of the month.

 

Access speed

When full speed data allowance is used up, data speed will be reduced to 64 kbps (8 kbyte/s) for the remainder of the bill cycle.

The full speed data allowance is valid till the end of month and does not roll over to the next month. Unused allowance is lost when the Subscriber stops using the data pack.

Activation and subscriber fee charge-off

When pack is activated anytime after the 1st of the month, monthly fee will be prorated by the number of days remaining in that month. The full amount of the monthly fee will collected on the 1st of each month after midnight (Astana time), provided Subscribers have enough balance (prepay billing) or credit limit (postpaid billing). If Subscriber’s balance or credit limit is not sufficient to cover the data pack monthly fee, the pack will be activated but data usage will be billed based on the rates applied when monthly fee is not paid for the remainder of that month. Once the Subscriber tops up their account with sufficient amount, the monthly fee will be collected and data allowance renewed, both prorated by the number of days remaining in that month (including payment date).

Data Pack allowance is available for use irrespective of your account balance (prepaid billing) or credit limit (postpaid billing).

Data allowance is prorated by the number of days remaining in that month (including payment date) and valid till the 1st of the next month. On the 1st of the month, data allowance is renewed, subject to payment of monthly fee (until then, data usage will be billed based on the rates applied when monthly fee is not paid). Subscribers can check their remaining allowance by calling *100#OK or *111*3#OK.

To check data balance, subscribers should dial *111*3#OK. SubThe Company will not compensate customers for data charges incurred in excess of their inclusive allowance, unless it fails to timely notify customers when their allowance is depleted.

Internet traffic under the Tariff accrued during an active Internet session will not be valid. Data allowance renewed while customers are engaged in an active data session will not be available for use until they close all their active sessions.

Terms of connection and disconnection

Data packs can be activated on any postpaid or PAYG tariff, except for Alga 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 tariffs, subject to combinability rules. If Subscribers balance or credit limit is not sufficient to cover the data pack monthly fee, the pack will be activated but data usage will be billed based on the rates applied when monthly fee is not paid for the remainder of that month.

Only one pack can be activated at a time. To activate another pack, Subscribers must deactivate their current pack.

If pack is deactivated, any unused data allowance is lost.

Attention! Starting 01.03.18, this service will no longer be available to customers on Prestige and Prestige+ tariffs. If service is currently active on your account, it will be disconnected on 01.03 and you will be refunded for any unused data allowance within 3 days after disconnection.

Following services will no longer be available for new users starting 01.06.18

From 01 June 2018, the following services will no longer be available for new users (Kcell retail customers): One Year of Internet, Half Year of Internet, Quarterly Internet. Those customers who activate any of these services on or before 31.05.2018 will be able to enjoy it until the expiration of its validity period.

The service is available to Kcell consumers only, who use mobile numbers registered to physical persons.

For Kcell subscribers who activated "Annual Internet", "Half-Annual" and "Quarterly Internet" services BEFORE 04.07.2016, these Internet services will function as follows:

  • For the subscribers who activated these Internet services before 04.07.2016, 20GB Internet traffic accrued in July 2016 was valid up to 31.07.2016.
  • All subsequent packages of Internet traffic will be provided every 1st day of the month and be valid until the end of the month;
  • In the last month of the Service the last accrued 20GB Internet traffic will be valid until the date of this service activation and not till the end of the last day of the last month.

  • by written statement in Kcell Сenter;
  • by calling to Call Сenter.

Turbo-traffic

If the included amount of the Internet traffic at the top speed is consumed, you can restore data speeds to full through the turbo traffic:

  • 1,5GB for 1200 tenge, including VAT: Activation through USSD: *444*3*5*2*1#OK;
  • 3GB for 1700 tenge, including VAT: Activation through USSD: *444*3*5*2*2#OK.

The Turbo Traffic option is available to Subscribers, provided they are subscribed to the Service, and is valid for 30 days of activation. If the Subscriber has both inclusive allowance and turbo traffic, the turbo traffic will be used first.

When both full speed inclusive allowance and turbo traffic expire, the data speeds under the Service will get capped to 64 kbps.

Subscribers must dial *100#OK to check balance of full speed inclusive data allowance and Turbo Traffic.

Terms

No subscription fee.

The 20GB full speed data allowance is renewed on the 1st of each month.

Data Pack allowance is available for use irrespective of your account balance (prepaid billing) or credit limit (postpaid billing).

Deactivate

If a subscriber deactivates the service on his/her own, its cost will not be subject to refund, whether in full or in part, and in such a case the unused traffic will be annulled.

Users of One Year of Internet, Half Year of Internet, Quarterly Internet services will be able to use data allowance with 0 balance (prepaid customers) or exceeded credit limit (postpaid customers), subject to payment of service fee.

Additional

Full speed depends on technical capabilities of a subscriber terminal (phone, modem, smartphone, etc.), its location within the network coverage area, network signal strength as well as network load.

Service, activated during the current Internet session, will not operate. Such Internet session will be charged as per the standard tariff rate. You are recommended to close in such cases the current session and renew using of the Internet after service activation.

The Service will be provided only in respect of the Mobile Internet, if the internet access point in the subscriber terminal is set up.

Billing increment: 1 KB.

Only one of services may be activated at once.

The Service is not available in roaming.

Service is not available on tariffs with inclusive data allowance or reduced data rates, such as Kurmet.

All prices are shown in tenge inclusive of VAT.

Compatibility

Service is not available to those Subscribers who have Unlimited Internet or similar services with included unlimited data allowance active on their accounts, and if they have ongoing contracts under the Contract Phone, Smart Buy or similar promotional offers with included data allowance.

If the Subscriber has Mobile Internet Plus value added promotional service active on their account, data allowance provided under this Service will be used first. I.e. the Subscribers will be charged the Mobile Internet Plus service fee and receive data allowance, but all data received thereunder will be available only after the Service is terminated.

The Internet Packs service may not be activated if the Subscriber is already using the Service. If at the time of Service activation the Subscriber has data allowance under the Internet Packs service, data allowance received as part of the Service will be used first and data allowance received under the Internet Packs service will be available only after the Service is terminated and valid for the rest of the 30-day validity term.

These terms of service compatibility may be supplemented or amended by the Operator.

Please, be informed that starting 01.04.17 data allowance provided under ‘Mobile Internet+’ service will be valid for 3 months from application. Data rolled over by 01.06.17 will be valid until 30.06.17.

Yearly Internet+

  • If tariff fee is paid. Once data allowance from both Alga and the service has been depleted, data speed will be reduced to 64 kbps;
  • If tariff fee is not paid. Once data allowance from both Alga and the service has been depleted, overage data rates as per your tariff will apply.

Terms:

Upon activation of the Service, the Subscriber starts receiving 20GB of monthly full speed data allowance during the term of one year. When the Subscriber goes over his data allowance, further usage will be billed at the 50 tiyn/MB rate, incl. VAT through the end of that billing cycle.

Data allowance goes live upon service activation and then renewed on the 1st of each month. Data allowance is valid till the end of month in which it was applied. On the last month of the validity period, data allowance will be valid until the end of your billing cycle (date when you first activated the service will be your recurring billing date. Data allowance is available for use irrespective of the account balance (prepaid billing) or credit limit (postpaid billing).

Unused data does not roll over into the next month. USSD command to check balance: *100#OK.

Data allowance will not be available if applied while the Subscriber is engaged in an active data session. In which case, Subscribers should close their current session, disable and then enable Mobile Data again after the data allowance has been applied.

Service fee in the amount of 14 990 tenge (incl. VAT) is collected in full upon Service activation, subject to sufficient account balance or credit limit. If balance or credit limit is not sufficient to cover the fee, Service will not be activated.

Upon deactivation of the Service by subscriber before the expiration of its validity period, the cost of the Service activation is neither recalculated nor returned.

Service is not available while roaming.

Compatibility Terms:

Unlimited Internet, One Year/Half Year/Quarterly Internet: Not available.

Mobile Internet+ (MI+): MI+ data allowance takes priority. When data allowance from both MI+ and One Year of Internet+ (OYI+) is used up, further usage will be billed at the MI+ rates until the next billing cycle starts.

Extra data packs for Prestige and Prestige+ plans, Contract Phone deal: «1GB», «3GB», «5GB», «10GB»: Data allowance from Extra data packs takes priority, then OYI+ allowance will be used up. When data allowance from both Extra data packs and OYI+ is used up, further usage will be billed at the OYI+ rates until the next billing cycle starts.

Terms

Any unused data will roll over and be valid until:

- You unsubscribe from the service;
- Your Mobile Contract is terminated;
- This promotional offer expires.

Initial daily fee is charged upon package activation. Subsequently, your data allowance will be available after you have been charged a daily fee (from 00:00 till 05:00).

Daily fee is collected provided that customers have sufficient balance in their account (prepaid customers) or credit limit (postpaid customers) to cover the fee, otherwise it will not be collected. When a postpaid customer tops up their account with an amount sufficient to cover the daily fee, the fee will be collected between 00.00 and 05.00 (Astana time). When a prepaid customer tops up their account with an amount sufficient to cover the daily fee, the fee will be collected immediately. If the Mobile Internet Plus daily fee could not be collected when due, subscribers will be able to use their rollover data, if any. When rollover data is used up, the overage data rate will apply.

You are allowed to subscribe to only one package at a time. Before you move to another MI+ package you need to unsubscribe from the current one. NOTE! If you unsubscribe from a package, any unused data on your balance will be lost.

All the accumulated traffic is available independently of the state of balance or credit limit.

All sent/received data will be rounded up to the nearest 1 KB once your connection is terminated.

If you go over your package allowance, you will be charged at our standard Mobile Internet (GPRS and WAP) rates. Please, see Table 1 above.

This service is only provided within the scope of the Mobile Internet (GPRS/WAP) service with access point name set to internet/WAP.

This service is not available to roamers.

Using IP-telephony may affect the speed of your Mobile Internet (GPRS) provided within the scope of this promotional offer.

While using "Kcell Tube" entertainment video-portal, traffic upon the service shall not be spent.

"Mobile Internet +" service, activated during the current Internet session, will not operate. Such Internet session will be charged as per the standard tariff rate. You are recommended to close in such cases the current session and renew using of the Internet after service activation.

Education Through the Internet service terms and subscription

The Education Through the Internet service (Service) is provided by mobile operator Kcell JSC (Bldg. 100, Samal 2, 050051 Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan) (Company) to prepaid activ and Kcell customers in order to protect children’s rights and health from negative information on the Internet.

By subscribing to the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to fully comply with its terms and conditions. Once the service goes live on your account, you will become a User of the Service (User) and be bound by its terms and conditions.

1. General terms and conditions

1.1. Service allows the Users, when they access the Internet via the Company’s mobile network, to only access specific websites from the Service catalog which can be found at ca. activ. kz. The Catalog contains a list of websites recommended by the Ministry of Information and Communication of the Republic of Kazakhstan. User is charged standard data rates for their tariff or data service that may be active on User’s account.

1.2. There is a daily fee to use the Service.

1.3. Service functionality:

  • Web Filter — providing access to the sites from the Catalog only. The Catalog is available on the website at ca. activ. kz.
  • No access to mobile applications other than those included in the Catalog installed on the User’s device.
  • Service is provided only when the User’s device is connected to the Company’s mobile internet network. Service is not available on devices connected to the fixed Internet, Wi Fi, third-party providers’ networks.

The Catalog of allowed websites can be reviewed and/or amended at any time.

1.4. To use the Service, Users must install Security Certificate on their mobile device.

1.5. Service is not available when User is roaming. The Company recommends that Users turn off the Service before going abroad in order to avoid unnecessary charges.

Security certificate is available for downloading at ca. activ. kz. Security certificate is required to access the Internet and services via https protocols. Should User uninstall the security certificate, her/she will be unable to access the Internet and services via https protocol on their device. With activated Service, access to the Internet through the http protocols specified in the Catalog will be available, even if the Security certificate was not installed.

User is responsible to connect his/her device to the Company’s mobile internet. The Company is not responsible for not providing the Service and access to the Internet if the User fails to connect to the Company’s mobile internet.

2. By signing up for the Service, User agrees that:

2.1. Service is provided only when the User’s device is connected to the Company’s mobile internet network. Service is not available on devices connected to the fixed Internet, Wi Fi, third-party providers’ networks.

2.2. He/she is deemed to have read and accepted the Service terms and conditions, including payment of daily Service fee.

3. Service activation/deactivation

3.1. Activation:

  • Text a non-blank SMS (except СТОП/STOP, стоп/stop and Стоп/Stop) to 727; or
  • Dial *727#.

3.3. Deactivation:

  • Dial *727#, select item 3 from the menu; or
  • Text СТОП/STOP, стоп/stop or Стоп/Stop to 727.

3.4. If User is a Activ customer: User will be disconnected from Service, should payment of the Service fee be delayed for more than 14 (fourteen) consecutive days. In which case, in order to continue using the Service, User will need to sign up again.

4. Daily fee

4.1. Service is provided to the User upon collection of the daily fee of 10 (ten) tenge, including VAT.

4.2. If User is a Activ customer: Initially, the fee is collected upon Service activation and then on a daily basis between 00:00 and 02:00, Astana time. If the fee could not be collected due to insufficient balance in the User’s account, it will be collected after 02:00, Astana time, when the User tops up their account.

4.3. If User is a Kcell customer: daily fee is collected upon Service activation and then on a daily basis between 00:00 and 05:00, Astana time. If the fee could not be collected due to insufficient balance in the User’s account, it will be collected after 05:00, Astana time, when the User tops up their account.

User will be disconnected from Service, should payment of the Service fee be delayed for more than 14 (fourteen) consecutive days.

5. Additional conditions

5.1. User acknowledges and agrees that their personal data provided when signing up to and in the course using the Service will be processed by the Company.

5.2. By signing up to the Service, User agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions and provides consent for the Company to process their personal data in any way necessary to provide the Service as well as receive advertising messages and newsletters from the Service.

5.3. By activating the Service, User agrees to have it automatically renewed on a daily basis and to pay the fee.

For technical reasons, the function Turbo traffic on the service Unlimited Internet temporarily unavailable.

Effective 14.10.2016, Unlimited Internet will no longer be available for activation. Customers who activated service prior 14.10.16 will be able to continue using it until further notice.

Activation and subscriber fee charge-off

  • The Unlimited Internet service fee will be charged as follows: the fee is collected upon Service activation prorated by the number of days remaining in that month, including activation date, and the full amount of fee will be collected starting from the 1st of the next month, subject to sufficient account balance (prepaid customers) or credit limit (postpaid customers). If there are insufficient funds or credit limit is exceeded, the Service fee will not be collected. When account balance or credit limit is enough to cover the fee, it is will be collected in the amount prorated by the number of days remaining in that month. Until that time, the 5 tg/MB rates will apply. Your data allowance (max speed) will be renewed after payment has been successfully deducted for the next 30-day term. The service-related Internet traffic is available for prepaid subscribers only in case any balance and for postpaid subscribers within the credit limit.
  • Names of the packages are conditional. Subscribers may connect any package to any device, i.e. «Modem» to telephone, «Smartphone» to modem etc. At one and the same time there may be activated only one of the packs.
  • Notification of a successful connection will come at the time of service activation in the form of an SMS-message, but withdrawal of the first subscription fees will take place within 24 hours after the activation. Activation and deactivation of all types of the service — free of charge.

Access speed

  • In the event of excess of the included amount of the traffic at a maximum speed subsequent traffic is provided up to 64 Kbit / sec (= up to 8 Kbyte / sec) until the next writing-off of a subscriber fee.
  • The included traffic amount at a maximum speed within the scope of the service «Unlim Internet» operates up to the next write-off of a subscription fee. The included traffic amount at a maximum speed is cancelled in case of deactivation of the service «Unlim Internet».

Turbo-traffic

If the included amount of the Internet traffic at the top speed is consumed, you can restore data speeds to full through the turbo traffic:

  • 1,5GB for 1200 tenge, including VAT;
  • 3GB for 1700 tenge, including VAT.

Activation through USSD: *444*2*5#OK.

Turbo Traffic is valid for 30 days and available with zero balance (prepaid billing) or credit limit (postpaid billing) even if the ‘Unlimited Internet’ service fee was not paid due to insufficient balance. If the Subscriber has both inclusive allowance and turbo traffic, the turbo traffic will be used first.

When both full speed inclusive allowance and turbo traffic expire, the data speeds under the Service will get capped to 64 kbps.

Subscribers must dial *444*2*3#OK to check balance of full speed inclusive data allowance and Turbo Traffic.

Internet sessions

  • «Unlim Internet» service, activated during the current Internet session, will not operate. Such Internet session will be charged as per the standard tariff rate. You are recommended to close in such cases the current session and renew using of the Internet after service activation.
  • You cannot disable the «Unlim Internet» service during an active Internet session. To disable, please end the current session first.

Notification

The access maximum speed depends on technical capabilities of the device (telephone, modem, smartphone, etc.), its location within the coverage area, signal strength and network load.

The unused amount of the included traffic is not accrued.

Service is not available in roaming.

The service is rendered only in terms of the «Mobile Internet» service, provided a point of access to the Internet is available in the subscriber device.

All prices are shown in KZT, VAT inclusive. Billing increment: 1 KB.

For subscribers who activated service before February 2, 2012: subsequent writing-off of a subscriber fee is effected on each 1st day of the month following the month of activation. Regular monthly fee writing-off is effected from 00:00 till 05:00 (as in case of sufficient and insufficient balance), here with all service conditions are available at 00:00.

Compatibility of services

Attention! It is not recommended to use the service «Unlimited Internet»" with other promotional services on the use of the Mobile Internet.

Simultaneous activation of «Unlimited Internet» and other services for the use of Mobile Internet affects the charging and speed of the traffic:

  • Unlimited Internet and Mobile Internet+: all the traffic is spent under the service «Unlimited Internet». A subscriber fee for the «Mobile Internet Plus» is withdrawn based on standard conditions; the traffic is available but is not consumed and is accumulated until the service «Unlimited Internet» is deactivated. If the service «Unlimited Internet» is not deactivated, the all accumulated on «Mobile Internet Plus» traffic will be canceled after the expiration of this service;
  • Unlimited Internet and Internet Pack: all the traffic is consumed on the service «Unlimited Internet». The traffic on the service «Internet Packs» is consumed only after deactivation of «Unlimited Internet» or is canceled after the expiration of the Pack.
 

 
Costs in tenge, VAT inclusive.When several different services are activated at a time, there is no established priority for the collection of service charges and the tariff fee. You are therefore recommended to maintain sufficient balance in your account to cover the tariff fee and service charges as well as to check if they had been duly collected.
