Service allows users to receive regular automatic notifications on the balance of your company’s mobile accounts at a pre-defined time.
Service has been developed to deliver better customer experience and help you save time by avoiding sending us requests for balance info when you need it. The balance information will be emailed to the contract person of your company on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Download the application form.
- Print out and fill in the form on your company letterhead.
- Scan the stamped and signed application form and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
There is no charge to subscribe to this service as well as any service fee.
Please, be notified that due to technical problems postpaid customers who top up their account with an amount that exceeds their credit limit may not be able to get accurate balance info and their itemized bill/invoice data for the respective period may not be accurate as well.
