- Requests concerning bills, account balance, service fees – we recommend that you check your usage details first by downloading an itemized bill through your personal account. To find out more, check out My Activ at www.activ.kz or My Kcell at www.kcell.kz.
- Requests for activation of Roaming before going abroad – apply in writing to your nearest Kcell Center. Make sure to bring your ID with you. Please, note that service can be activated by the owner of the mobile number or his/her authorized representative acting under a power of attorney or guarantee letter.
- Requests concerning mobile coverage and quality – please provide the following details: city/town, street/micro-district, house #, floor, apartment #, street intersection, etc. Or region, district, village/settlement, street, house #, floor, apartment #, etc.
