Who can use the service?

Any Kcell/activ customer (individual) who signed a bank account agreement with the Bank and / or is the holder of a bank card.

How to activate the service?

To activate, contact your bank and submit an application for the automatic top service. Set the top up amount. Reply to the SMS message that will be automatically sent to your phone to confirm service activation.

To disconnect from the service, contact your bank.

What is the cost of the service?

Service is provided free of charge, there are no transaction fees.

Kaspi Bank

You can pay your mobile charges through Kaspi.kz — a 24/7 online service of Kaspi Bank JSC.

You can also pay free-free from your: deposit account with Kaspi Bank, any Kaspi Bank bank card, Kaspi Wallet or bonuses earned under the Kaspi Bonus program.

There is up to 5% cashback if you make purchases and pay with your Kaspi bank card, Kaspi deposit account or Kaspi Wallet.

Payment in cash - ways of payment, using the instant payment cards and terminals of replenishment.

Ease of this replenishment methods is in their simplicity. So, instant payment cards replenish the balance less than in two minutes.

Terminals of replenishment

Kcell/activ customers are able to top up their phones by paying in cash through payment terminals.

Payment terminals are terminals run by special software which allows customers to recharge their mobile accounts.

How to pay?

Select Kcell or activ, enter the phone number and the top up amount starting from 200 tenge.

Warning! Please, make sure you keep the pay slip until payment has been credited to your mobile account! If you have selected a wrong provider or entered a wrong mobile number, please contact support service using the contact details shown on the payment terminal or pay slip.

Top up cards

Kcell top up (instant payment) cards have a face value of 500, 1000, 2000 and 5000 tenge.

How to top up:

  • Erase the protective layer to reveal a 13-digit card code;
  • Text the code to 9393.

Or

  • Call 9393 from your mobile, enter the code and press * (star key).

Or

  • Dial *110*13-digic card code# and press the call button. The amount shown on your top up card will be instantly credited to your mobile account.

If have difficulties making a top up, contact Kcell call center. Our operator will help you activate the card. To do this, give the operator the name of the owner of the mobile number you are going to top up and the 13-digit code. When everything is done correctly, the operator will confirm that the payment has been successfully added to your mobile account. You will also get payment confirmation via sms.

How to pay through Kassa24.kz website

1. Enter Kassa24.kz website, login through your phone number and password

2. In Section «Payment of Services» select «Mobile communication» from the list. Either click «Activ» logo on the Home page of website and click Payment

3. Click «Kcell»

4. Enter «Kcell» phone number and payment amount

5. Select method of payment Balance Kassa24 or Bank card

6. Confirm accuracy of entered data and click Pay

No fee is charged in case of payment from Balance Kassa24.

To pay with no fee, select payment method to Balance Kassa24. To top up Balance Kassa24 use any convenient method: through Terminals Kassa24, from bank cards or in branches of any Bank.
